In the case of a procedure against a eurid name holder, the ADR panel shall decide that the domain name shall be revoked, if it finds that the registration is speculative or abusive as defined in Article The decision of the ADR panel shall state the date for implementation of the decision.
Decisions of the panel are taken by simple majority. The alternative dispute panel shall issue its decision within one month from the купить of receipt of the response by the ADR provider. The decision shall be duly motivated. The decisions of the panel shall be published. Within three working days after receiving the decision from the panel, the eurid shall notify the full купить of the decision to each party, the concerned registrar s and the Registry.
